The Talpa community center & library (TCCL) provides meeting and gathering spaces for community use in keeping with its mission to serve the residents of Talpa and Taos County.

Meeting rentals:
For group meetings, forums, workshops, or classes. Availability and pricing vary depending on the type and size of the meeting. For more information, please visit the office for a copy of the Meeting Rules and Regulations Policy.
Party rentals:
For birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, and similar celebrations. The Reception Hall and Kitchen are available for rental on Saturdays and Sundays between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., during winter hours. Rentals from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. may be available during the summer. The rental fee is $150, with an additional $100 cleaning deposit.
Funeral gatherings:
The Reception Hall and Kitchen are available for funeral gatherings as needed. Check with the office for availability. A donation of $50 is requested for use of the space.
Day-use spaces:
Short-term, daytime use for studying, socializing, or playground use. The Community Center, Library, and Playground are open to the public during posted business hours. Individuals may use these spaces as long as they follow all posted rules and regulations, clean up after themselves when finished, and respect the quiet zones of the library.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
